The extensive lawns join the buildings together and articulate the different areas for lounging in the shade, which includes a loggia with sofas facing the courtyard and the salt-water pool, as well as a sheltered outdoor dining area. The hectare of gardens includes an orchard and vegetable garden.
Minimalist and organic interiors. In the main house, there is a large family room with a fireplace and grand piano, and an open plan kitchen. A long wooden table in the dining room can seat up to 16. There is also a studio/library. The Tower has its own living room with a fireplace as well as a kitchenette and dining room.

The main house consists of 5 spacious, ensuite bedrooms. The tower also has an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Siena is defined by its medieval brick buildings, a beautiful Tuscan city out of a different era. Indeed, the Historic Centre of Siena was made a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1995. Seventeen city wards fan out from Piazza del Campo, and the winding streets are enticing to even the most aloof of visitors.
PALIO DI SIENA: Watch the infamously chaotic horse races, held twice a year on the 2nd July and 16th August.
The beautiful Florence is only an hour's drive away - the terracotta tiled Duomo and the Uffizi gallery, which houses Botticelli's 'The Birth of Venus', are a must-see. The food scene is also to die for, with some of the best gelato in all of Italy.
